Ashley Graham’s Pregnancy became sort of a hot topic In January when Ashley Graham gave birth to her twins, she revealed she “blacked out” and suffered a “severe” hemorrhage. In a Friday essay for Glamour, the 34-year-old model revealed that she welcomed her twin sons at home. Malachi and Roman were born on the toilet and in the bathtub, respectively before the mother “passed out.”
At the time, the author of “A New Model” felt “a light touch” on her cheek, which was “someone slapping the crap” out of her.
Graham, who was with a “team of skilled, intelligent, and trained professionals” and her husband Justin Ervin, no longer recalls anything other than “seeing darkness and what seemed like stars.” When the host of “American Beauty Star” awoke, she “saw blood everywhere.” Graham found out later that she had “lost liters.”
On July 13, 2021, Ashley shared a picture of herself on Twitter telling about the upcoming possibilities in her life. You can see the Tweet below.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model explained, “They didn’t want to tell me that one of the midwives had to turn me over and press her finger directly above my vaginal bone in an attempt to stop the bleeding.
“And they didn’t want to tell me that the vein in my arm kept collapsing and they couldn’t get the needle in for the Pitocin, so they’d had to put it in my hand.”
While Graham and Ervin’s infant sons were “fine,” the former judge of “America’s Next Top Model” was bedridden for four days and unable to walk for a week. She was at home for nearly two months.
Graham hinted at a difficult birth in her tweet announcing her pregnancy, writing, “I’m taking some time to heal up and connect with my husband and three boys, but I truly cannot wait to share more with you all.”
In February, she introduced Malachi and Roman via Instagram, telling her followers, “This has not been easy, but it’s so worth it.”

Graham is also the mother of a two-year-old son Isaac. She had a miscarriage between giving birth to her eldest son and her twin sons.
“I’ve not shared this until now, but I fell pregnant in January of 2021, on my husband’s birthday,” she wrote on Friday. “Because it was my second pregnancy, I started to show early, and we were so excited. But at the end of February, I had a miscarriage.”

Graham described the loss as “devastating” and added, “It felt like one of the biggest losses I had ever had in my life to date.” She concluded the essay by calling herself a “warrior” for “surviving” despite continuing to “struggle” with her postpartum body image.
“I am reteaching myself the affirmations that I have taught many,” she said in reference to her Knix lingerie campaign. “That I am bold, I am brilliant, I am beautiful.”
