Surely, Daredevil season 4 is only a matter of time; here is what we know thus far. One of Marvel’s newer superheroes, known as the “street-level vigilante,” debuted in 2015 as part of groundbreaking cooperation between Marvel Television and Netflix called “Black Panther.” The success of Daredevil set the stage for the rest of the Marvel Netflix series.
Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin were two of the show’s best cast members, according to critics. Daredevil season 3 in 2018 brought everything to a head, making it one of the last Marvel Netflix shows to have a satisfying conclusion before it was canceled. As part of a two-year exclusivity agreement, Marvel and Netflix could not use the Daredevil or Kingpin characters for two years, but as soon as that time restriction expired, Marvel jumped at the opportunity to include the characters into the MCU. In Hawkeye and Spider-Man: No Way Home, D’Onofrio returned to his roles as Kingpin and Cox, respectively.
It’s only a matter of time before Marvel resurrects the brand with Cox and D’Onofrio in the MCU. In light of Disney’s acquisition of Netflix’s distribution rights for the Marvel Netflix series, this is more possible than ever. Everything we know about season 4 of Daredevil is here.
