DOTA 2 Patch Notes 7.34b Update: Heroes, Items, Neutral Creeps And More!

DOTA 2 Patch Notes 7.34b Update

DOTA 2 Patch Notes 7.34b Update

Witch Doctor, who saw a rise in both pick rate and victory rate, has bore the brunt of these newly-shipped Dota 2 adjustments. Death Ward’s strike range has been lowered, and its cooldown in the early game has roughly quadrupled, implying that the overpowered hero would perform fewer Rampages in the start of the match.

Witch Doctor should ideally be brought back in line with the median after Nerfs to Death Ward’s talents result in reduced range and damage as the game progresses, as well as some base damage and stat losses.

Almost all of Sand King’s equipment has been nerfed. From a drop in Burrowstrike damage to the near-removal of Sandstorm’s ability to move with the hero (which was only added a fortnight ago), SK’s reign at the top of 7.34 is coming to an end. To be honest, the hero needed it; with a win rate of 52 percent prior to 7.34, SK rocketed to the top three in no time and was only rising in popularity.

The 7.34b update is a significant balance patch that will likely have a big impact on the meta. Some of the most notable changes include the nerfs to Phantom Assassin, Witch Doctor, and Sand King. These heroes were all very strong in the previous patch, and the nerfs should help to balance them out. The buffs to Terrorblade and Slark could also make them more viable picks in the competitive scene.

Overall, the 7.34b update is a good balance patch that should make the game more balanced and competitive. It will be interesting to see how the meta shifts in the coming weeks. Follow us on our website Daily Real Time for more updates.
