Biography of Piccolo

Piccolo Jr. is the reincarnation of his father, King Piccolo, who was once a member of the Nameless Namek and fought a war over Earth before being killed by Goku. King Piccolo’s final act after being punched through the chest and killed by Goku’s Penetrate! attack was to spit out an egg containing his child and reincarnation Piccolo Jr, who was to avenge his death. Piccolo remembered all of King Piccolo’s memories and techniques when he was born. Piccolo Jr.’s egg eventually finds its way down a river and is discovered by an elderly woman. The woman returns home with her husband and wonders what it is.

Piccolo hatches before they can decide what to do with the egg. Piccolo, who has just emerged, then destroys them. To kill Goku and fulfill his parents’ desire to rule the world, Piccolo Jr. spends the following three years engaging in rigorous training in anticipation of the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament. Piccolo wanders the Earth and prepares to exact revenge on Goku throughout the three years leading up to the competition. He comes into a family celebrating the birthday of a small child named Tai as he is strolling.

Techniques of Piccolo

Ki Blast

The simplest type of energy wave.

Goldy Ki Sense

By the time of Broly, Piccolo has mastered the ability to detect divine ki. Even while it’s not apparent how he did it, it’s plausible that Kami taught him how to do it since Kami was once a deity and probably had the same capacity Dende does to sense godly ki.

Demon Hand

By using their willpower to expand and contract their body’s cells, Namekian users can stretch their arms. As a result, they can seize and assault targets that are normally beyond the user’s regular range of motion with their outstretched arms.

Healing

It enables the user to treat another being’s injuries and partially restore their strength used only in anime.

How Piccolo Appears in other media?

Cross Epoch, a manga crossover, features Roronoa Zoro and Piccolo as swordsmen (both have the same Funimation dub voice actor, Christopher Sabat). Before boarding the Kuri-Chopa Marine Train Coaster to ride to Shenron’s tea party, they are traveling on deers with lion faces and are completely bewildered. They use their Reverse-Side Sword Attack to divert Emperor Pilaf and Buggy’s descending Tettiri Number 55 airship away from the railroad. The Dragon Ball One Piece “Dream 9” promo has Zoro and Piccolo once more shouting at viewers to watch One Piece after Dragon Ball Kai debuted.

Biography of Cell

To become “perfect,” Cell traveled from the future and ingested Artificial Humans 17 and 18. Trunks had slain them both, therefore he was unable to accomplish this within his time. Four years before Trunks would have debuted, he killed Trunks and stole his time machine, regressing into his larval condition to fit within. Before engaging Piccolo in combat and absorbing a pounding from him, he absorbed the residents of Gingertown. Piccolo then tricks Cell into believing that he is lost, at which point Cell explains how he destroyed the numerical version of the trunks to get to the present. Soon after Piccolo admitted to lying, Trunks and Krillin join him (who Cell deduces came from another timeline). The cell became excited to battle the Saiyan after learning that Goku was still alive at this moment. He then used Taiyoken to flee while controlling his power. When Cell saw Vegeta fly by and saw that all of the Z-fighters were still alive, she realized that the timeline had changed. Then, having made the decision that he needed to become stronger, he continued by consuming the people living in Nicky Town to do so. Technique of Cell

Regeneration

Cell has a nucleus inside his head that, as long as it is unharmed, enables him to regenerate indefinitely. Therefore, to secure Cell’s demise, you must eliminate every atom of him. This is the only way to fully kill him. Piccolo’s DNA bestows the Namekian ability of regeneration.

Saiyan Power

Only his Perfect Form has used this technique before. It’s also uncertain if his former incarnations are capable of using Saiyan Power. This method, also known as a Zenkai Boost, enables Cell to become much stronger from a potentially fatal injury. The increase will be stronger the more serious the injury. Notably, Cell was able to regenerate into his potent Super Perfect Form after his apparent death by self-destruction, outperforming his Perfect form in strength. This quality was bestowed upon him by the Saiyan DNA in his genes. Since Saiyans can transform after experiencing extreme emotions, the Saiyan cells simply increase the potential of the Cell, even going so far as to provide Super Saiyans analogs in other mediums.

Absorption

Cell has a tail that he can use to absorb people. There are two basic ways for Cell to absorb a victim. He can use his stinger to stab the victim, or he can drink the victim’s insides until all that is left is a heap of garments. The second technique involves Cell opening the stinger to resemble a huge mouth that draws the adversary inside his body. Cell gets strength and part of the person’s skills when he absorbs them. The sole drawback, as demonstrated during his fight with Gohan, is that if hit hard enough, Cell might throw up a victim of absorption.

Negative Power Rain

An approach he employs in his Semi-Perfect Form. Cell kicks and punches his opponent into the air before launching nine red energy blasts at them from above.

Conversion & Design

Baby

Cell assumes this shape as he develops in Dr. Gero’s laboratory; he is totally immobile and lacks any fully formed features.

Imperfect Cell

First bipedal form of a cell. Before consuming Artificial Humans 17 and 18, Cell assumes this form after emerging from his larval condition. In this form, Cell has considerable power, though not as much as a Super Saiyan, Super Namek, or any of the Androids. Now that he has a tail, he can absorb other creatures to acquire strength. His two wings are also emerald green with black dots, and his body is a combination of emerald green and lime green with black spots, orange areas on the belly, back head, and mouth, black sections on the chest, and a black tail.

Power-Weighted

A guise that Cell assumes when Super Saiyan 2 Gohan outclasses him. Cell’s height doubles, his muscles enlarge, and his voice becomes deeper in this form. Although his speed is slower than any of Cell’s other forms, his power increases and is indicated to be comparable to that of a Super Saiyan 2. This is Cell’s version of a Great Namek, Ultra Super Saiyan, and 100% Full Power Frieza.

Majin Cell

A representation of him in many videogames after Babidi revives him. Perfect Majin Cell possesses the strength of a Super Saiyan 2, therefore if he transformed into Super Perfect Majin Cell, his strength most certainly would have increased by two.

Piccolo vs Cell

If Piccolo vs Cell, who will win? In this battle, Piccolo’s might is evident; he completely dominates the opponent but is taken aback when it fires a Kamehameha wave at him. Piccolo loses focus as his arm is transformed into a sagging mass of flesh and concedes defeat while enquiring about its identity and origin. Imperfect Cell finds he is no match for Piccolo despite sucking a lot of energy from his arm, and it becomes worse when Future Trunks and Krillin show up. Cell is more powerful than Piccolo because Cell has so much power, techniques, and ability to change in every circumstance. While Piccolo has power but not more than Cell.
