The big question now is whether or not Samsung will release a new Galaxy Note model number 22 shortly. No one knows for sure, but we’ve heard some rumors that we’ll go over in the release date section below.

However, the Galaxy Note 21 isn’t happening, so it’s unclear if there will be a Samsung Galaxy Note 22.
Even though Samsung has not renewed the Galaxy Note trademark, it has renewed those for Samsung’s S, Z, M, and A-series, and at least one source has stated flatly that there will be no more Galaxy Note smartphones.
According to a source who claims Samsung internally refers to the Galaxy Z Fold range as its Note line and that a future foldable could be called the Note Z, it’s possible we won’t see any more of these devices in their current form. According to other reports, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra could be renamed the Samsung Galaxy Note 22 Ultra before going on sale.
But even if it doesn’t do so now, Samsung has previously stated that it expects the Galaxy Note line to continue in 2022, even if it hasn’t renewed a trademark yet. Despite the conflicting reports above, Samsung’s claim has a lot of weight because of its source.
A supply chain source allegedly saw evidence of the Samsung Galaxy Note 22 in September 2021, which is more recently than many of the rumors.
However, more recently, a source has claimed that Samsung’s product roadmap for 2022 does not include any new Note models.
As a result, is there going to be a new Note model for 2017? We’re not sure about that. With the Galaxy S and Galaxy Fold now having S Pen support, as well as the S22 Ultra reportedly having a slot for one, the Note has lost some of its unique selling points, suggesting that there won’t be any more of them – and that even if there are, the Note line’s days may be numbered.

News and leaks
No information has surfaced about the Samsung Galaxy Note 22, with leaks and rumors focusing solely on whether the device will be released at all.
There are some things about the Note 22’s launch we can be certain of, however. In addition to the S Pen stylus, Note 22 is expected to have a built-in slot for the stylus, unlike the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 (both of which have stylus support).

Samsung Galaxy Note 22 should also have top-end power, likely with the best available Snapdragon chipset in some regions and the best available Exynos chipset in others (including the UK). This is a common occurrence in this price range.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an under-display camera, so it’s possible that the Z Fold 4 will, too, but we can’t say for sure just yet.
