Tatsuya Takahashi wrote the script for ‘The Faraway Paladin,’ an isekai animated by Children’s Playground, with Yuu Nobuta as the director.
It follows a protagonist who is transported to another world in the same way as other isekai anime. After a life devoid of purpose, Will awakens to find himself in the world of the dead. He initially believed that he was in hell. He quickly learns, however, that he now has a second chance in this new world. With the help of his three unconventional new parents, Will decides to make this new life count and embarks on a quest as a paladin to save the world.
When it premiered, the series aired on three different Japanese networks: Tokyo MX, AT-X, and BS NTV in Japan. It is possible to watch ‘The Faraway Paladin’ online via Crunchyroll or Medialink.

Will There Be ‘The Faraway Paladin’ Season 2?
The second season of The Faraway Paladin has been confirmed. As a Christmas present for the show’s fans, the announcement was made on the show’s official Twitter page on December 25th, 2021.

The Faraway Paladin Season 2 Release Date
Season 2 of The Faraway Paladin has been renewed, but no release date has been given. A release date has not yet been announced by the studio Children’s Playground Entertainment.
According to initial plans, ‘The Faraway Paladin’ would hit theatres in the summer of 2021. However, a number of factors conspired to delay the show’s debut until October 9, 2021.
In 2022, we may see a second season.

What Is The Plot Of The Faraway Paladin Season 2?
‘The Faraway Paladin’ follows Will, a human child who wakes up in the City of The Dead. A skeleton (Blood), a ghost (Gus), and a mummy (Mary) raised him in this new world. The skeleton teaches him how to fight, the ghost trains him in magic, while the mummy guides him about religion and responsibility.
