What Is The Last of Us?

In a world where most people have become violent cannibals because of a scary-sounding fungal brain infection, the games follow grumpy smuggler Joel and his happy teen friend Ellie as they travel across a destroyed US.

Who’s in it?

Pedro Pascal, who was in The Mandalorian, plays Joel, and Bella Ramsey, who was in Game of Thrones with him, plays Ellie. Nick Offerman from the show Parks and Recreation, Anna Torv from the show Fringe, and Melanie Lynskey from the band Yellowjackets are also there. How Scary Is It?

It’s more of a thriller than a horror story, and there are a lot of intense parts. The infected don’t show up very often; Joel and Ellie run into more human survivors than monsters. However, when they do, they are used to great effect.

Are There Trailers?

HBO showed us some clips from the show. The newest one came out in December.
