Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Story Plot
Towards the close of the first season, our main trio, consisting of Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki, were tasked with looking into a series of unexplained deaths at Megumi’s old school. While Megumi opted to embark on the assignment alone, Yuji and Nobara accompanied him. Yuji and Nobara were dragged out of the domain by another enemy as they were investigating the cursed domain they believed was responsible for the bizarre events.
While Megumi was left to fend for himself in the domain, he fought a special-grade cursed ghost and eventually exorcised him. As a result, he ended up with one of Sukuna’s fingers. Meanwhile, Nobara and Yuji encountered the cursed womb brothers Eso and Kechizu and were compelled to confront them. Nobara and Yuji prevailed after a tough battle with the cursed womb brothers.
But when Choso, the eldest sibling, heard about the deaths of his two siblings from the cursed womb, he became outraged (brief screen time in JJK Season 1). He will play a big part in the forthcoming season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Moreover, we observed Sukuna surreptitiously consume the finger Megumi retrieved after killing the special-grade cursed ghost. Shortly after these happenings, the first season finishes with first-grade sorcerers Mei Mei and Aoi Todo visiting principal Gakuganji to suggest our three lead characters (Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara), as well as Maki and Panda, for promotion to the rank of Grade 1 sorcerer.
