What is Sacrificial Princess and King of Beasts about?
Sacrificial Princess and King of Beasts is a manga that uses a lot of fairy tale material and makes you think of stories like Beauty and the Beast. A war between humans and animals came to an end with a hard deal. Leonhart, the King of Beasts and Demons, gets sacrifices from humans to show that he is in charge of his kingdom. There are almost a hundred women he’s already eaten.
Sari is the 99th sacrifice that is brought to him. She is a young human girl who doesn’t seem to be afraid of him. Sabri is what people call her. She is said to be the Queen of Beasts, and she comes to Leonhart from the kingdom of Ozmargo, where there aren’t many human traces to be found. Optimism and a lack of fear of demons and beasts make her a person Leonhart finds interesting, as well. He lets her roam the kingdom on her own, and this starts a journey that could change Ozmargo’s history.
The show hasn’t released any key visuals or posters yet, and we still haven’t seen any preview trailers or learned about the show’s cast and crew.
When Will Sacrificial Princess and King of Beasts Release?
Series: It has said that it will be out in 2023. This means that the anime version of the show could come out in Spring or Summer 2023, which would be ideal. So, it’s likely that the anime will have more than one season, which would allow for a split-cour release. This means that each season could have 12-14 episodes that would be spread out over an anime season.
The only thing that has been confirmed recently is that the adaptation is going to work. There is still no word on where the anime is made. In the rest of 2022, we will learn more about the cast and crew, the opening and ending themes, and teaser trailers.
