Feature of Piccolo
A tall, powerful Namekian, Piccolo. He shares a lot of similarities with his father/incarnation but is visibly shorter and a little bit slimmer. In addition, he has a stronger facial structure with a straighter nose, a chin that is more rounded, and less prominent cheekbones. In the Dragon Ball manga, Piccolo only has four fingers with black nails, however, in the anime and Dragon Ball Super manga, he has five fingers with white nails. He has multiple pink (in the anime) and yellow (in the manga) patches on his arms.
Piccolo typically wears and trains in weighted gear, just like Goku. When he fuses with Nail to confront Frieza and when he merges with Kami to resurrect the Nameless Namekian to battle the Androids, Piccolo has twice been the strongest Z Fighter in the series. He often has a power position below Goku and Vegeta but above Tien and Krillin for the rest of the series. In the anime, Piccolo starts retraining Gohan after defeating Frieza. In the anime, Piccolo had surpassed Gohan’s base power by the time of the Tournament of Destroyers because only Gohan displayed tiredness following about.

Features of Tanjiro
Tanjiro is a young boy who is short for his age, has tanned skin, and has an athletic build. He has ruffled burgundy hair that is combed back to expose his forehead and wide, dark eyes with white pupils that appear dark pink around the lower section of their irises. He also has a birthmark on the top left of his forehead, which initially appeared as a graze until his fight with the Hand Demon during the Final Selection Arc, after which it morphed into a large, dark red scar. His hands are noticeably tougher than those of people his age as a result of his rigorous training under Sakonji Urokodaki.
Tanjiro is dressed in a checkered dark turquoise and black patterned haori over his standard Demon Hunter uniform, which consists of a dark brown gakuran jacket, a white belt around his waist, and baggy pants that extend into tabi socks, as well as zri and white cloth wrapped around his calves. Tanjiro has a sense of smell that borders on superhuman. Tanjiro was known in a village even before becoming a Demon Slayer as the boy with an extremely strong sense of smell comparable to that of hounds, bears, and sharks, among others. He can detect even the most subtle scents and track their location with frightening accuracy over long distances. It is strong enough for him to detect the ‘opening thread,’ a slight pause in an enemy’s movement that allows him to strike.
Recovering Breathing

If we compare both the Anime then the result will be in the winning Piccolo because Piccolo is more powerful than Tanjiro. Tanjiro has a hard skull but Piccolo has a tall height and four fingers with black long nails which are used for the destruction of the skull.
