It was reported on Page Six that tWitch was killed by a gunshot to the head. The case has been closed because the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner found “no signs of foul play.”
On December 13, 2022, tWitch’s wife, Allison Holker, reportedly ran into a Los Angeles Police Department station in a hysterical state after realizing he had left the house without his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A number of reliable sources report that tWitch checked into the motel on the morning of December 12, 2022, the day before he passed away. They said tWitch didn’t look “in trouble” or “visibly distressed” when he arrived at the hotel. According to TMZ’s– reporting on interviews with hotel staff, he checked in with a small backpack and stayed for just one night.
