Susie Evans
About life
Evans’ parents, Tom and Jean, reared him in Poquoson, Virginia, where she was born and raised. She received a full scholarship to attend Lindenwood University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in digital film arts and broadcast communications in 2015. Following her college graduation, Evans was employed as a performer at Tokyo Disneyland, where she spent two years playing a variety of Disney princesses. Evans worked as a project coordinator for a marketing firm in Williamsburg, Virginia, until she quit her job in May 2021 to devote herself full-time to her photography hobby and filmmaking. Evans first participated in pageants as a youngster. She represented Fredericksburg in Miss Virginia Teen USA 2011 and won the title. She subsequently entered Miss Teen USA 2011 but finished last.
She took a break from competing in pageants for a while, but she made a comeback to represent Seven Cities at Miss Virginia USA 2019, where she finished second runner-up to Miss Georgia Teen USA 2012 Courtney Lynne Smits. The following year, she represented Williamsburg in the Miss Virginia USA competition and won. She was named Miss Virginia USA 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Miss USA 2020’s pageant was postponed from its intended spring 2020 date to November 9, 2020. She did not place.

Clayton Echard
About life
Echard was born on April 29, 1993, to parents Brian and Kelly in Eureka, Missouri. Nate and Patrick, his two brothers, exist. He started playing football when he was in sixth grade. He weighed 170 pounds as a wide receiver in his junior year of high school at Eureka High School before switching to defensive lineman and packing on 30 pounds for the position as a senior. In 2011, he obtained his high school diploma.
Echard was chosen as a walk-on player for the Missouri Tigers football team at the beginning of his freshman year at the University of Missouri even though he did not earn any scholarship offers. He majored in health sciences at the University of Missouri and minored in Spanish and business, earning a bachelor’s degree there in 2015. In a relationship with Susie Evans is Echard.
Profession
Echard redshirted his freshman year and participated in just one game in 2012. He received a spot on the 2012 Southeastern Conference academic honor roll. Echard switched positions at the beginning of the 2013 season, going from defensive end to tight end. He participated in 12 games and made one tackle with assistance.
Echard debuted on The Bachelorette with Michelle Young as a competitor. Along with 34 other men, he was first mentioned as a prospective contender for the season in July 2021. He came in ninth place overall. Echard joined the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League in July 2016 as a tight end, however, he was released from the squad before the regular season began in September 2016. Since July 2016, Echard has served as a sales representative for the medical device manufacturer Stryker Corporation.

Echard revealed that he and Evans will be maintaining their relationship long distance while in a visit on Dear Media’s Not Skinny but Not Fat webcast. The ex-Bachelor revealed that Echard would be leaving for Scottsdale, Arizona, and Evans will be leaving their Virginia Beach, Virginia, house.
