WILL HALO SEASON 2 FOLLOW THE VIDEO GAMES MORE CLOSELY?
There’s a good reason why fans of the video game will notice differences in the storyline of Master Chief on the Paramount+ series. The Halo TV series takes place in a “Silver Timeline” that is distinct from the video games.
Microsoft executive Kiki Wolfkill told Variety that “early on, we were thinking about doing something that could tie very closely with the game.” As a result, we discovered that adhering to the past in a literal sense didn’t serve the medium. It also didn’t serve the creative teams’ need to tell a story and construct the world through their eyes.”
