Song Hye Kyo and Kim Eun Sook, who wrote the screenplay for Descendants of the Sun, are going to work together again on the upcoming South Korean revenge drama The Glory. Netflix is planning to launch the series in the month of December 2022.

The Glory is an upcoming South Korean drama series that will be produced by Netflix and written by Kim Eun Sook, who is also responsible for creating Descendants of the Sun. The director of the series is Ahn Gil Ho, whose previous work includes the dramas Happiness and Stranger, as well as Memories of the Alhambra.

The Glory Cast And Part 2 Released Date

The Glory is a vengeance-filled show that revolves around the all-too-common problem of severe high school bullying, and Part 2 of the series is soon to be released.

When a former victim of school violence decides to make getting revenge her life’s purpose, she ends up in the lives of her former attackers, where she spends decades painstakingly plotting and looking for any chance to ruin their lives just as they did to her when she was a teenager.

Song Hye-kyo As Moon Dong-eun

Lee Do-hyun As Joo Yeo-jeong

Lee Do-hyun plays Joo Yeo-jeong, a hospital intern who meets Dong-eun. Yeo-jeong comes from a wealthy family and his father ran the hospital where Dong-eun works, so Dong-eun initially doubts his good intentions. The two play Go in the park to keep their friendship going throughout the series. Dong-eun ignores Yeo-love jeong’s because she’s focused on revenge. However, as Dong-eun draws closer to avenging her wrongs, Yeo-jeong will do anything to help her.

Lee Do-Hyun debuted in Prison Playbook in 2017. Since then, he has impressed in dramas like Hotel Del Luna and Netflix’s Sweet Home (2020).

Lim Ji-yeon As Park Yeon-jin

Lim Ji-yeon plays Park Yeon-jin, the torturer of Dong-eun. Due to her wealthy family, Yeon-jin still rules her friend group. Despite her evil, her wealthy family protected her. Yeon-jin married a successful businessman, became a local weathercaster, and had a beautiful daughter. Unbeknownst to her, Dong-eun has been watching her and her family for years, waiting for the right moment.

Lim Ji-yeon debuted in Obsessed in 2014 and has since appeared in many TV dramas and films, including Blow Breeze and The Veil. She excels at playing complex characters.

Jung Sung-il As Ha Do-yeong

Jung Sung-il plays Yeon-husband, jin’s construction company CEO Ha Do-yeong. Despite using his wealth to solve family issues, he has good intentions. He meets Dong-eun while playing Go in the neighborhood. He is unaware that she has been secretly following his family for years.

Yeom Hye-ran As Kan Hyeon-nam

Yeom Hye-ran plays Kan Hyeon-nam, a housemaid for Yeon-jin, who bullied Dong-eun. Hyeon-nam finds Dong-eun in Yeon-trash jin’s one night. Hyeon-nam helps Dong-eun with her plans without telling Yeon-jin.

Hyeon-nam requests that Dong-eun permanently divorce her abusive husband. Hyeon-nam learns quickly and completes Dong-tasks eun’s despite her meekness. She is kind and concerned about Dong-eun.

Another Miss Oh and The Uncanny Counter star Yeom Hye-ran. Bong Joon-Memories ho’s of Murder featured her. The 2020 Baeksang Arts Awards named her Best Supporting Actress for her acting.

Park Sung-hoon As Jeon Jae-jun

Park Sung-hoon plays Jeon Jae-jun, another high school abuser of Done-eun. Jae-jun is a wealthy businessman with a luxurious golf club. Jae-arrogance jun’s and unpleasantness haven’t changed as he’s gotten older, but Dong-eun can now ruin his life. A complicated love triangle with a local weathercaster makes things worse.

Psychopath Diary and Into the Ring are among Park Sung-Korean hoon’s dramas since his 2015 debut. Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum is his best-known role. He has modeled for many magazines and ads.

Kim Hieora As Lee Sa-ra

Kim Hieora plays Lee Sa-ra, Dong-high eun’s school bully. Lee Sa-ra, now 30, paints professionally. She buys drugs from her high school friend Son Myeong-o, a self-absorbed and disordered person who throws knife-sharp insults.

Kim Hieora, a rising actress, has appeared in several Netflix dramas, including Extraordinary Attorney Woo (a good K-drama for beginners) and Bad and Crazy, where she starred with Sung-il from The Glory.
