Advertisements For Dragon Age: Dreadwolf

BioWare published a cinematic sequence from Dragon Age: Dreadwolf for Dragon Age Day 2022.

At the 2020 Game Awards, a new trailer was shown. Again, this is just a concept trailer that doesn’t show any actual gameplay or even cutscenes from the game.

During The Game Awards 2018, the first glimpse of the game that would be known as Dragon Age: Dreadwolf was shown to the public. Just below, you can watch it:

All the information you required regarding Dragon Age: Dreadwolf has now been provided. It may be some time before we get any new information about the game, but as soon as we do, we’ll post it here.

Dragon Age Dreadwolf Story

Dragon Age Dreadwolf follows the events of the Dragon Age Inquisition and its downloadable content. The “Dreadwolf” alludes to the reveal (spoilers ahead; leave now!) that your adversary Solas was actually the Dreadwolf. We may therefore anticipate that the main focus of this game will be on our fight against Solas and his Darkspawn minions.

In a recent blog post, BioWare revealed a game-related Codex entry. Brother Genitivi, a scholar from the Chantry who has made appearances in the preceding games and who is a chronicler of Thedan history, is mentioned in the Codex article.

In the promotional video below, an idol is shown between the depictions of a wolf and an elf holding hands. Despite the lack of information, it is safe to infer that the idol will play a significant role in Dragon Age Dreadwolf and is a significant reference to Solas and his heritage.

Plot & Character

After the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, namely Trespasser, the game begins. Tevinter Imperium has been verified as the place.

The teaser for the 2020 Game Awards promises that the hero of the fourth Dragon Age game is someone the bad guys “will never see coming.” This new hero who will face off against Tevinter, dark spawn, and even the Dread Wolf is not a prophesied figure or one with a “magic hand,” as narrator Brian Bloom and Varric Tethras confirm. All of these individuals have been included in promotional materials so far: Bellatrix, Davina, Varric, Tethras, and Solas.  Here Bellatrix clips are given below theirs.
